^{I reserve the right to post and promote commissions and any other work done by me to my personal platforms, social media, portfolios, etc. I retain the rights to my own artwork.}

^{Do not edit, trace, copy, or resell. Do not redistribute for commercial use, merchandise, printing, etc unless specified, discussed, and agreed upon.}

^{I must be visibly and properly credited on the platforms it is being used on. I will send a reminder upon overdue or illegible credits.}

^{I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your order at any time, for any reason.}

^{Additional fees (ie. rush, add-ons, commercial) will also be paid in full.}

^{Your right to any work I have done for you will be retracted if you file a charge back against me. I will then also have the right to sell any copyrighted work I have made for you. You will not be allowed to commission me further and your name will be publicly noted for other artists.}

^{In any case of the above, I encourage discussing and working out the situation in private between the appropriately involved parties as much as possible.}

^{I will work in an orderly fashion and according to my commission list.}

^{Changes requested during the sketch phase is OK. Naturally, please be reasonable.}

^{The client may ask for updates within reason. I usually provide updates at sketch and line/base colours stages. I will not proceed until approved by the client.}

^{Completed work will be delivered via Google Drive link.}

^{Please download the files to your own PC and devices as I will likely remove them after a few months.}

^{Requests for revisions made after the lineart or colour process has begun, will incur additional fees unless it is small. This should've been instructed and clarified during the sketch process.}

^{Requests for revisions upon completed work will incur additional fees unless it is trivial enough or my mistake.}

^{You will not use my work in any relevance with NFTs, crypto, minting, editors, art generators/makers, AI art generators, AI filters, etc, whether with OR without my permission.}

^{You may use it for social media platforms where your "personal branding" applies.}

^{Any form of redistribution, merchandising, selling is NOT allowed unless the additional commercializing fees were paid, discussed, agreed upon prior.}

^{Total refund amount will be calculated based on how much work has been done.}

^{The client will be responsible for a predetermined non-refundable fee (10%) including any transactional fees if they are to issue a cancellation during the commission, namely a kill fee.}

^{A refund is may be issued if the client is justifiably unsatisfied with the commission; I (the artist) feel I can no longer do the request justice; I (the artist) cannot deliver the commission in a timely manner OR cannot come to an agreement with the client's desired deadline after discussion.}
